Welcome to 404MissionFound! We’re glad you are participating. Before you start, it is important that you read the rules so everyone can have a good time.

General Conduct:

• Be nice to everyone

• Do not harass, bully, or use profanity towards anyone

Hackathon Specific:

• Do NOT submit projects from other hackathons!!! Your project must be unique. 

• You MUST join the Discord server to be considered

• You MUST sign up on the form to be considered

• All work on the project must be done during the official hackathon time period (March 14-21). You may brainstorm ideas beforehand, but no coding or designing until the hackathon begins

• Do not participate in multiple teams. You may help others, but you cannot compete in more than one team.

• Open-source libraries, AI, APIs, and the like are allowed, as long as they are credited in your submission.

Suggestions:

• If you have any questions, feel free to ping/DM a mentor in the Discord, and we will get back to you promptly

• Although you can work solo, it can sometimes be good to find a teammate to bounce ideas off of

• Refer your friends or siblings to our hackathon!

Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning and/or disqualification from the event, at the organizer’s discretion.
